Project/Database Coordinator for CGHR - Bangalore , India

Job Description:

Job responsibilities:
  1. Management of large community based data from all parts of India.
  2. Importing and exporting data from /to different data management systems.
  3. Match and link different database with varying structures and trouble shooting.
  4. Manipulate database  for  merging, sorting , matching  and transforming
  5. Update  database  to correct  errors and define and review  programming edit checks
  6. Routine back up of database, maintaining  data standards , analyzing  and tuning      database
  7. Developing and establishing  data, consistency checks and other quality control  measure  necessary   for the final analysis
  8. Writing database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for data dictionary.
  9. Track study progress and issue periodic reports.
  10. Communicating regularly with technical and others operational staff to ensure the database integrity and security.
  11. Creativity  in developing  data and initiative to determine the content of the data quality checks independently;
  12. Collaborate  with  database  team  in  the development   and maintenance  of data
  13. Collect metric data on the data management  functions and run monthly summaries and graphs.
